In the latest version of Oracle IBCS they added a translation service that can be called before resolving the intent.
To start a conversation with the bot in the user language ( Arabic in my case) then we need to use the autotranslation component.
As you can see here in the Oracle docs :
Autotranslation uses services like Microsoft Translator and the Google Translation API to enable the built-in components like System.Text and System.Output to output their prompts in the user’s language. Read the complete article here.
