Redwood is here! All UI components and functionality is using the Redwood Design System by default in this release! If you woud like to use the Alta theme with JET v9.0.0, please see the Migration chapter of the JET Developers Guide for guidance.

  • Check your DOM syntax
    This release includes an updated version of jQuery (v3.5.1) which fixes a security issue. This fix introduces potential issues if your code is not properly closing non-void DOM nodes. Use the JET Audit Framework to check for any potential issues before upgrading.
  • Explore the new Cookbook
    Along with the new website look and feel, the Cookbook has been updated as well. Explore the new look and feel as well some of the new Redwood UI components like Waterfall, and animations like the folding layout!
  • Progressive Loading of components
    Progress loading (ghost loading) of many new Redwood UI components like ListView, and Table!
  • Improved animation patterns
